Scooter's XCopy allows you to copy folders and their files and subfolders. Use a graphical interface to select the source and destination locations, then either manually copy folders, subfolders and files with a click of a button, or configure auto-Xcopy to automatically copy once a day at the interval you select. |

Do you have Outlook users with personal folders or archived folders stored on a file server? If you are trying to back up the file server and the user never shuts down Outlook, your backup will likely fail due to the open .PST file. Shutdown Outlook will automatically shut down open Outlook sessions at a set time. |
